Hello all,
I would like to add a news letter signup form to a website
and then send news letters to subscribed users periodically.
is this feature usually hand coded or is there some service meant for this.
If I am to code this do I use webjobs (I may not be deploying to azure, and I guess webjobs are for azure )
please i need answers on the how such features are designed and the technologies involved in sending bulk email news letters.
