Unable to resolve 'AspNet.Security.OAuth.Extensions (>= 1.0.0-beta1-final)' for '.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.1'.

I wanted to build the project with AspNet.Security.OAuth, but the references cannot be resolved.

Unable to resolve 'AspNet.Security.OAuth.Extensions (>= 1.0.0-beta1-final)' for '.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.1'.
Unable to resolve 'AspNet.Security.OAuth.Extensions (>= 1.0.0-beta1-final)' for '.NETStandard,Version=v1.3'.

I searched a lot on internet, but no helpful hints.

My machine environment is enclosed in the other thread.  Thanks for any input!
