Embedding Sub Mini Website in Asp.Net Core without controller

Hello everyone,

I have a Asp.Net Core Website that works well.

Now I would like to add a subfolder (www.mydomain.com/subfolder/Index.html) which contains its own JavaScript, css and html files. It is an older version of Pivotviewer which I just would like to leave as it is, since it is not supported anymore and it is quite complex, so it would take me a lot of time to change it all to work under asp.net core.

Is this possible to make it work in this existing asp.net core project? It used to work in the previous Beta Versions of Asp.Net Core , but now it doesn't.

If so, what would I have to do to make it work?

I would highly appreciate any kind of help! kindest Blessings
