Create roles and give permission for the users using asp.net core with entity framework core

Hi buddies,

              I'm newbie to the asp.net core web api and entity framework core. We are planing to create rest api using asp.net core web API with entity frame work core 1.0. I want to create code first approach, I don''t know how to create roles and give permissions to access my reset api. Please let me if know anybody knows.
