So i am trying to build a project from a Yeomans template.  It's a react Boiler plate (https://github.com/pauldotknopf/react-aspnet-boilerplate).  All my NPM installs works.  Gulp works. Then when I try to run dotnet restore I get this error.

C:\WS\asp_react\src\dui\dui.xproj(7,3): error MSB4019: The imported project "C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\1.0.0-preview4-004233\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v14.0\DotNet\Microsoft.DotNet.Props" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

I have donet 1.1 installed.  I have Visual Studio 2015 and the Tools Preview 4 installed as well.  I have updated the existing project.json dotnet dependencies as directed for upgrades here https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/webdev/2016/09/13/asp-net-core-sept-2016-patch/

Here is my dotnet info:

.NET Command Line Tools (1.0.0-preview4-004233)

Product Information:
Version: 1.0.0-preview4-004233
Commit SHA-1 hash: 8cec61c6f7

Runtime Environment:
OS Name: Windows
OS Version: 6.1.7601
OS Platform: Windows
RID: win7-x64
Base Path: C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\1.0.0-preview4-004233

Here is my xproj file from the yeomans that is causing the error.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

<Project ToolsVersion="14.0" DefaultTargets="Build" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/msbuild/2003">
<PropertyGroup>
<VisualStudioVersion Condition="'$(VisualStudioVersion)' == ''">14.0</VisualStudioVersion>
<VSToolsPath Condition="'$(VSToolsPath)' == ''">$(MSBuildExtensionsPath32)\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v$(VisualStudioVersion)</VSToolsPath>
</PropertyGroup>
<Import Project="$(VSToolsPath)\DotNet\Microsoft.DotNet.Props" Condition="'$(VSToolsPath)' != ''" />
<PropertyGroup Label="Globals">
<ProjectGuid>a9424e07-13a1-49af-be65-ebce6b4f343a</ProjectGuid>
<RootNamespace>dui</RootNamespace>
<BaseIntermediateOutputPath Condition="'$(BaseIntermediateOutputPath)'=='' ">.\obj</BaseIntermediateOutputPath>
<OutputPath Condition="'$(OutputPath)'=='' ">.\bin\</OutputPath>
<TargetFrameworkVersion>v4.5.2</TargetFrameworkVersion>
</PropertyGroup>

<PropertyGroup>
<SchemaVersion>2.0</SchemaVersion>
</PropertyGroup>
<ItemGroup>
<DnxInvisibleContent Include="bower.json" />
<DnxInvisibleContent Include=".bowerrc" />
<DnxInvisibleContent Include="package.json" />
<DnxInvisibleContent Include=".npmrc" />
</ItemGroup>
<Import Project="$(VSToolsPath)\DotNet.Web\Microsoft.DotNet.Web.targets" Condition="'$(VSToolsPath)' != ''" />
</Project>

Both of the imports will fail from the xproj because those files do not exist on my workstation.  What do I need to do to get this dotnet restore to start working??
