OLEDB Connections-MS Access

Hello,

I'm attempting to upgrade a website from classic ASP to .Core as practice, using an friend's old website.

There is a small Access database that is being used and I would like to continue to use so he doesn't have to pay for SQL Server.

However, I see that I cannot seem to make a oledb connection.

So...

1) How does one do that in .Core?

2)Where to I put the database file?
