How to Create Base Project template for asp.net core in visual studio 2015  and use it for another my Project?

for example Create a empty new project for asp.net core web application and nextI addall that stuffI need (folders,middle wares components,brow file,project.json,bootsrap,jquery file , ... another ) and then i convert it to a Base Project template and next if i want to create a new project for asp.net core i use this base template AndIno longer haveto download thecomponentagain or create folder again
