tag helpers

Hi,

  I was looking to tag helpers and I would like to know if is possible to create a composite structure of tags, where tags can share informations.

To do an example: I want to create a tag library to create a grid, using a tag that include the grid and tags to define columns: if I need that a column tag must access to the header tag how can I do?
