Token Based Authentication in .net core WEB API and WEB APP

Hi folks,

I need to implement authentication mechanism to my WEB API developed in (.net core 1.0) project and WEB Application developed in (.net core 1.0) project which consuming my own web api based on application users credentials store in database.
