Memory increase when make multiple requests to .Net Core WebAPI

Hi everyone, I'm working with Asp.net Core WebAPI and I had a problem with memory management as I've posted in this link, I'm not sure whether memory leak or something I don't understand clearly about the Garbage Collector and Unmanned memory. Please let me know more about the memory management and the exactly what is the bad in my code.
