ASP.NET CORE Azure Blob Upload Control

Dear Sirs. 

Please Help me to convert the code for using in ASP.NET CORE

There is a old Ajax calls, which where changed in ASP.NET CORE 1.1 I have spend weekends working on that please correct js file and controller code.
