Bower install is not working

Hi Developer,

I am using ASP.net 5. I am having problem with bower. After install the bower, I am getting error message as below:

I am using behind a proxy. lets suppose that my proxy is abc-xyz.net and port is 8080. How to configure the proxy through npm config?
