Trying to deploy asp net core web app after upgrade to 2

I have upgraded a asp net core wep app from 1.x to 2 and it all runs OK through visual studio and I have installed . net core 2 runtime on windows server 2012 (where app is deployed), but when I publish the app i'm getting this error :
