using multiple models to create a form

HI everyone,

I am new to asp.net core and need to create a registration form using multiple models to store the information, the registration form is huge and I have had to split it down into 32 models!

I need help or if someone can send me a link to a tutorial, showing me the best way to connect the models together to create a form.
