How can I add a database and a data model to a core 2 project

Hello, 

Im at my last challenge of the devu.com site 

I decided to look if I can do this with core 2.0  and some webforms because I did not learn razor till now. 

He uses webforms to learn c# 

So I made  a new core 2.0 project and installed indentity. 

Then I right-click on my project and choose add item. 

But no entry for adding a database or a database model. 

How can I make this work. 

I choose 2.0 because on Visual Studio 2016 I can only make a class library with core 1 or core 2 and I need to use a class library for DTO.
