Hi everyone!
I have some students and I want to make video chat with net core and Signalr. All students is join room and dicuss about video. Notice the video is load from mp4 file and when this video play on browser it will not have play or stop controlls. If a student join to later to the room he/she will be see the current time frame of video playing.
Can I do it with Net core and Signalr? I search google but still not find project like that.
