Publish Asp.Net Core to Custom Url on IIS (Windows Server 2012 R2)

Hello Everyone,

I love Asp.Net Core.

I have not been able to make my application to www.mydomain.com on my Windows Server 2012 R2 work.

I have followed the Instructions on https://docs.asp.net/en/latest/publishing/iis.html (Appool, Http Platform Handler 1.2,.. )

I have 2 problems:

1. On my local machine if I execute web.cmd approot folder it says: Listening onhttp://localhost:5000/ which works, but css are not loaded.
2. On my server I get 404. The website is installed in a subfolder (www.mydomain.com/sub )

I have no clue what to do, it used to work without problem, before Asp.Net Core.
