[beta8] How to get client IP in controller action?

HttpContext.Features.Get<IHttpConnectionFeature>() returns null;

HttpContext.Connection.RemoteIpAddress property also contains null (looks like HttpContext.Connection is not initialized)

So how do I get client remote IP?
