I can't deploy my rest project on the IIS Server

I have to deploy my rest web Service that I have created with ASP.net/MVC5 on the IIS Server (Windows Server 2012),I have worked with visual studio 2015 and MySQL(Xampp),the problem is that when I try to "Publish" the web Service project I get those errors:

I have deleted Repository.Pattern.Ef6 from the folder "Framework" and readd it,but always the sams problems have you any idea please about the problem thanks a lot for help

Update: I use the "Package of web Deploy" method
